I am a 4th year student at the University of Guelph. I’m studying in the Applied Human Nutrition program. I really enjoy exploring in the kitchen and trying out new recipes! I am also very actively involved in the yoga community and am presently pursuing my instructors certification. I have always had a passion for nutrition, and I’m ready to take it to the next level. I would love to eventually write a cookbook that features wholesome dishes that cater to diet specifics.
